2019 SUMMER-FALL UPDATE            AUGUST 23, 2019        Mandeville, LA

The Hurricane Hunters have been laying low ever since their last gig in May of 2017 when Tommy MacLuckie stopped playing music to focus on taking care of his sick wife, Tiffany Cami Conner, who died on September 16, 2017.

He slowly started back to playing a little bit with Brian Jones at some venues in Mandeville in the spring and summer of 2018. In October he played at the inaugural Ozone Songwriter Festival in Mandeville and has been slowly been working on getting a small recording studio functional for the band and whoever to write and record songs in, while also making the space open for guitar lessons and various art projects.

Palm Grove Studio should be up and running for work in September of 2019.

MacLuckie is also playing in the 1st annual Ozone Music Festival this mid-October as well.  The Hurricane Hunters are looking to get the band going in October.

Reid Cumberland continues to work with a degree in clinical psychology and Jacob Taylor is a professional barber.

The Hurricane Hunters released their debut EP July 8, 2016, STORM SURGE on their own record label, Counter Clockwise Records..
